Jackie Padgett is a nationally recognized authority in environmental compliance and inspection with nearly three decades of experience in the energy industry. As Founder and CEO of Accent Compliance, LLC, she has built a premier firm known for integrity, excellence, and innovative solutions to complex compliance challenges on high-profile energy projects. Jackie is widely respected for her collaborative approach—bridging the gap between corporations, agencies, and regulators to develop inspection programs that simplify regulatory complexity while delivering meaningful results for both business and the environment. Her “boots on the ground” leadership philosophy keeps her connected to real-world fieldwork, ensuring her training and mentoring are practical, authentic, and grounded in firsthand experience. Beyond leading her company, Jackie serves on multiple boards and professional organizations, where she champions transparency, ethical practices, and higher industry standards. With a robust background spanning 20 years in the Energy Industry, Mr. Aaron Davis stands out as a distinguished professional whose expertise has been pivotal in the development of some of the United States' most notable large-scale energy projects. His dedication to excellence has not only propelled the delivery of our high-demand offerings to premier clients, enhancing our presence from coast to coast, but also set a high standard within the company. Beyond project oversight, Aaron plays a crucial role in shaping the company's future, through strategic talent acquisition, fostering enriching employee relations, and spearheading initiatives in diversity and organizational effectiveness. Steve Abalos
Steve Abalos earned his Finance degree with a minor in Accounting from Lamar University in 1988. Known for his dedication and strong work ethic—evident from working full-time during school—Steve has spent his career in financial services, earning his CPCU and AIC designations. As CFO and equity partner in multiple companies, he emphasizes transparency, regularly sharing financial insights and performance metrics with his teams and clients. Guided by faith and family, Steve believes in open communication, accountability, and developing leaders through focus and metrics. Influenced by mentors and colleagues, he embraces strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and servant leadership. Active in his community through church leadership, board service, and charitable work, Steve also enjoys golf as a way to connect both personally and professionally. He hopes to be remembered as a man of faith who recognized his shortcomings, worked to improve daily, and made a positive impact on others—believing each day offers an opportunity to show who you are and make a difference.

Mrs. Driscoll, is a seasoned Document Control and Administrative Support Specialist based in Texas, and brings over ten years of experience working in dynamic, professional environments. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, she is adept in Environmental Compliance, Energy, Pipelines, Supervisory Skills, and the Oil & Gas industry. Her proficiency with various computer applications, combined with her ability to work autonomously and meet stringent deadlines, highlights her organizational and multitasking abilities. Mrs. Driscoll is highly skilled in project cost controls, scheduling, and client relations, and her expertise in report coordination significantly enhances project execution. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and proven track record in project management, she consistently delivers timely results that amplify the success of each endeavor.
