With over 26 years of experience in the Energy Industry, Jackie Padgett is a nationally respected leader in environmental compliance and inspection management. Known for her visionary leadership and forward-thinking strategies, Jackie has redefined how integrated energy companies approach environmental oversight—developing innovative, field-ready inspection programs that have become industry benchmarks. Throughout her career, she has led environmental inspection teams through the active construction phases of some of the most complex and high-profile energy projects in the country. Her technical knowledge, strategic foresight, and ability to navigate both regulatory demands and on-the-ground realities have earned her widespread recognition among top-tier energy providers and regulatory agencies alike. Beyond her project success, Jackie is known for her commitment to environmental stewardship, adaptability, and community engagement. Her custom-built compliance solutions empower companies to operate responsibly, build trust, and respond swiftly to evolving challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the Energy Industry, Aaron Davis is a respected leader known for driving excellence across some of the nation’s most high-profile energy infrastructure projects. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to quality have been instrumental in expanding Accent Compliance’s footprint from coast to coast—delivering results that consistently exceed client expectations. As Founder and Senior Vice President, Mr. Davis’s influence extends far beyond project execution. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision—leading initiatives in talent acquisition, employee development, and diversity, while championing a culture built on integrity, accountability, and inclusion. Aaron is known not only for his operational leadership, but also for his ability to connect people, foster collaboration, and inspire a shared commitment to excellence. Steve Abalos
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Abalos brings nearly three decades of financial and operational leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Accent Compliance. A graduate of Lamar University with a degree in Finance and Accounting, Mr. Abalos also holds CPCU and AIC designations, equipping him with a well-rounded perspective on financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making. With 29 years of experience spanning leadership, process improvement, and financial oversight, Steve plays a critical role in guiding Accent’s fiscal health and growth. He works closely with financial institutions, CPAs, legal counsel, and agency partners to ensure sound financial practices and long-term stability. His expertise in trend analysis and dashboarding is central to the development of company-wide processes, procedures, and performance goals—helping Accent stay proactive, data-driven, and aligned with its mission. Beyond the numbers, Steve is committed to community service, actively participating on local boards, charitable organizations, and within his church. His values-driven leadership reflects the culture of integrity and accountability that defines Accent Compliance.
